ENG TECH GLOBAL’S BI-PHASE PROJECT EXECUTION ROLE OUT
Phase #1.1
Planning
1. Architect and Engineer assistance with defining the owner’s needs and outlining the project criteria
2. Helping to determine a value verses cost analysis for both the owner and the architect or engineer
3. Giving advice to the project owner of efficient construction methods, materials, and structural components
Phase #1.2
Design
1. Full Quantity Survey to determine Budgeting and cost estimating
2. Bid packaging and coordination with the architect or engineer
3. Formation of clearly defined operational procedures
4. Identification of long lead time material items for the construction project
Phase #1.3
Pre-Construction
1. Corporate organization of project responsibilities and work flow projections
2. Diligent Research of the labor market and labor laws that impact the construction project
3. All Construction Project contracts review and implementation
@ Eng Tech Global We Put Health And Safety Above All Else
Employee and Employer Health and Safety is a primary focus for Eng Tech Global during all Construction Projects that we undertake. The Eng Tech Global Safety Manager is tasked with maintaining a strict Safety-First code of conduct throughout the duration of the project and also ensures that all contractors involved are compliant with Safety Regulatory bodies.
Phase #2.1
Construction
1. Providing on-site construction administration, supervision and coordination.
2. Scheduling and conducting all job site and construction meetings.
3. Developing and maintaining construction schedules.
4. Maintaining cost accounting and cost control records.
5. Reviewing with the owner and architect/engineer the monthly status reports like schedules and budgets
Phase #2.2
Delivery
1. Processing change orders initiated by the owner.
2. Preparing punch lists in advance of completion and establishing management systems for correction of any deficient work by the appropriate contractor.
3. Arranging for inspections by the appropriate governing authorities.
4. Monitoring adherence to safety programs and coordinating all safety requirements.
5. Coordinating all general condition items including temporary facilities.
Phase #2.3
Maintenance
1. Obtaining for the owner all building equipment, operating manuals and warranty information, and coordinating startup of the building systems with operational personnel.
2. Obtaining for the owner, as-built drawings for the architect/engineer and contractors.
3. Finalizing accounting on construction contracts, recommending retainage release and obtaining final lien waivers.
4. Assisting the owner in occupancy, equipment startup and systems operations through the appropriate suppliers and trades.
